Headless

Common configuration for headless machines (e.g., Amazon EC2 instances).

Disables `sound <None>`_,
`vesa <None>`_, serial consoles,
`emergency mode <None>`_,
`grub splash images <None>`_
and configures the kernel to reboot automatically on panic.
